AIFriend provides an AI-powered conversational companion that learns from your interactions to provide personalized responses, emotional support, and entertainment.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• Do not use the Service for illegal activities or harassment
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems

4. AI-Generated Content

Your AI friend generates responses based on patterns and training data. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee accuracy or appropriateness of all responses.

5. Subscription and Payments

We offer free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any reason with notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

AIFriend is provided "as is." We are not liable for emotional distress, decisions made based on AI advice, or any indirect damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
